What it costs
Rates are per chargeable kilogram and apply to each package individually. UK collection and Sri Lanka delivery are added as a grouped Door-to-Door Service Charge.

Chargeable weight, explained
Air freight is charged on whichever is higher: the weight your package actually is, or the space it takes up expressed as a weight. That second figure is volumetric weight.
You do not need to work it out. Enter the length, width and height — or pick one of our standard boxes — and we calculate volumetric weight and tell you which figure is being charged.

30 kg actual weight is the maximum for any air freight package
Packages above 30 kg cannot be booked by air. If one goes over, your quote will ask you to split it into two packages or compare sea freight instead. We recommend keeping each package between 20 and 25 kg for safe handling.
Check the prohibited goods list
Aerosols, perfumes and aftershaves, lighters, loose batteries and power banks, corrosives and firearms cannot travel by air. Some items are additionally restricted in Sri Lanka. You will be asked to declare against the list before payment.
