Sender, recipient, collection and delivery details, plus the prohibited goods declaration. Every shipment also needs the recipient's PP/NIC number, your identity verification and a Cargo Declaration Form listing your goods — you can add these after booking, but we can't arrange collection until they're complete.
Card payment through Stripe, or bank transfer with proof of payment for our team to verify.
Collection or handover at origin, then origin processing and export.
One reference covers the journey. Updates arrive by email today, with further channels planned.
Customs and destination processing, then handover to the delivery partner for last-mile delivery.
Delivered to the destination address on the booking, with a delivery confirmation issued.

You can quote, accept and book as a guest. An account is offered afterwards and only saves your details for next time.
Two ways to pay
Pay by card through Stripe and your booking confirms once payment clears. Choose bank transfer and we issue an invoice, you upload proof, and our team verifies it.
Updates as it moves
Progress updates are sent by email today. WhatsApp and SMS are planned as further notification channels.
